Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 9ELEVEN Content Engine handles information when its authorized account owner uses the application.
Information handled
The application may process account identifiers, authorization tokens, profile or Page names, video files, captions, publishing settings, and platform responses needed to connect and publish to services selected by the user.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the authorized user, display available publishing choices, transfer creator-selected content, check publishing status, prevent duplicate posts, and maintain the application's local queue.
Local storage
Credentials and publishing records are stored locally on the authorized user's computer. The public website does not accept accounts, forms, uploads, payments, or analytics data.
Platform sharing
When the user confirms a post, the selected video, caption, settings, and necessary identifiers are transmitted to the chosen platform, such as TikTok or Facebook, through that platform's official API. Each platform processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Sale and advertising
9ELEVEN Content Engine does not sell personal information and does not use information for behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
The user controls the local application files and may remove locally stored credentials or publishing history at any time. Access can also be revoked from the connected platform's account settings. Content already published must be managed on the destination platform.
Security
The application uses authorization controls and local restricted-permission storage. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
The application is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
