Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These Terms govern use of 9ELEVEN Content Engine, a private creator publishing tool operated for 9ELEVEN Beats.
Authorized use
The application may be used only by authorized account holders to manage content they own or have permission to publish. Users must comply with applicable laws and the terms, community rules, and developer policies of every connected platform.

Prohibited use
The application may not be used for infringement, impersonation, spam, deceptive automation, unauthorized account access, platform manipulation, harmful content, or attempts to bypass platform limits or review requirements.
Third-party platforms
TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X, and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, review decisions, limits, visibility settings, and API behavior are outside the application's control.
Availability
The application is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change or stop working when a connected platform changes its API, permissions, pricing, or policies.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided without warranties, and 9ELEVEN Beats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-imposed losses arising from its use.
Termination
Access may be disabled for misuse or policy violations. Users may stop using the application and revoke platform authorization at any time.
